In this enchanting landscape, every moment invites us to embrace the present and immerse ourselves in the surrounding beauty. This experience goes far beyond a simple retreat; it's an invitation to explore what is most authentic within you. Through yoga, meditation, sound therapy, ceremonial cacao, and rituals, we will shed the weight, the knots, what no longer serve us.

Over these six days, we will connect, create, share, laugh, and sometimes embrace the tranquility of silence. We will fully immerse ourselves in the beauty surrounding us: the melody of birds, the enchantment of the ocean, the warmth of the smiles from the Sri Lankans, the abundance of coconuts, and the presence of beautiful animals. Throughout these transformative six days, let go of all expectations, obligations, and responsibilities; allow yourself to be guided and embrace your true radiance.

Just so you know, the primary language of our retreat will be English. However, I will always be available to provide French translation if needed, although a proficient level of English is recommended for full participation.
